When I’m not feeling like hot wings, I bake this recipe with tons of fresh garlic and parmesan.

3+1⁄2 lbs large fresh chicken wings
1⁄3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic

½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
3+1⁄2 lbs large fresh chicken wings
1⁄3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375° and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
Preheat the oven to 375° and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
Combine the olive oil, garlic, garlic powder, salt, and
pepper in a bowl. Add the chicken wings and toss well to coat each
piece.
Place the wings on the foil-lined baking sheet and bake for
about 1 hour, or until the largest drum is cooked through and the skin
is crisp.
Immediately toss the cooked wings and Parmesan cheese in a bowl to coat the wings in the cheese. Serve immediately.
