I love Chicken Salad and recently I've been substituting Avocado for the mayo. I still has an amazing taste and is so much healthier.
Avocado Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
2 Cups Shredded Chicken
1 Large Avocado
1/4 Onion, chopped
2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
1/2 Cup Lime Juice
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a large until bowl until blended well. Serve on bread or crackers.
