Low Carb Ham Egg Cups

Having people over for brunch or just want to make a delicious breakfast for the family. These are sure to please everybody, every time.

Low Carb Ham Egg Cups

Ingredients:
12 Eggs
12 Thin Slices of Deli Ham
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese 
1/2 Cup Green Onions, diced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Spray muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. Lay a piece of ham in each hole creating a ham cup. Crack an egg in each hole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake the eggs for about 12 minutes, until the white is firm and the yolk is still runny.

Carefully remove from the pan. Sprinkle on green onions and cheese. Serve.
