This is genius. Who knew beets would be such a scrumptious
way to do hummus? This is just so dang good. Easy, healthy, and crazy
addictive.
Roasted Beet Hummus
Ingredients:
1/3 cup chopped roasted beets
1 cup chickpeas
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper
