Galatians 6:17

There is something within each of us that values how we look on the outside sometimes more than who we are on the inside. It causes some people to pad their résumés or embellish their memoirs. But it has no place in our lives as followers of Jesus.

The inward reality of Christ is what counts, because it will produce the outward signs of faith.

From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus. - Galatians 6:17
