Zucchini Parmesan Balls

Simple, delicious and something sure to please everybody.

Zucchini Parmesan Balls

Ingredients:
2 Zucchini, grated
1 Egg
Spoonful of Flour*
1 Tbs Parmesan, grated
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients well. Form into balls.
Place on baking sheet. Cook at 220° for 20 minutes.

*To make gluten free use gluten free flour.
